<p><span style="color:#ff00ff;"><strong> </strong></span> <span id="more-560"></span><span style="color:#000000;">Isa lamang ito sa mga tanong na maaaring itanong sayo ng kapwa mo HR student, lalo na kapag ikaw ay nakailang &#8220;REPEAT&#8221; nasa INDIBEH at sa mga nakauno &#8220;1&#8243; sila ay nagdiriwang dahil ang INDIBEH ay hindi madaling Subject sa mga HR studenst bagkus ito ang isa sa pinakamahirap na subject. </span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">Ano ba ang INDIBEH?</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">Ang INDIBEH ay &#8220;INDIVIDUAL BEHAVIOR&#8221; isa sa major course ng mga HR students. HIndi madali ang INDIBEH, una dahil ito ay tungkol sa pag-aanalisa ng tao sa iba&#8217;t &#8211; ibang uri ng anggulo o teorya na mapag-aaralan mo sa INDIBEH, pangalawa dahil kailangan mo syang pag-aralan at i-aplay sa sariling mong mundo lalo na kapag ikaw ay nag trabaho na, pangatlo, dahil marami kang gagawin , masyadong matrabaho at hindi pumapasa ang mga taong tamad dito , pang-apat kailangan mo syang pag-aralan mabuti at pang-lima sobrang istrikta ng prof namin dito, kailangan kapag sumagot ka straight to the point, wag ka nang magpaligoy-ligoy pa .</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">malaki ang nagiging epekto sa mga HR students (hindi naman lahat)  na tatamad sa pag &#8211; aaral ang INDIBEH, una nagiging responsable sila, cooperative at attentive (mga na-observe ko lamang ito sa mga nakikita ko sa aking mga classmates), marami ang nagsasabi sa higher batch ng HR students, ang aming prof ang dabest  na guro sa lahat ng guro (agree naman aq) dahil totoo yon. Marami kang malalaman tungkol sa sarili kapag ikaw ay nag-take na ng INDIBEH at si Ms. Esleta ang prof mo, at marami rin ang magbabago sayo lalo pagdating sa pag-aaral,pagdating sa prioridad sa buhay.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">INDIBEH  &#8211; one of my favorite subject. kung bakit?pakituloy na lang po ang pagbabasa, </span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">Nang dumating ako sa term (2nd year &#8211; 3rd term) na INDIBEH na ang subject ko nakakakaba lalo&#8217;t na ng pumasok si Ms. Esleta sa door, lahat na tahimik (ayaw nya ng maingay) pero mabait si Ms. For the 1st time of my life mula ng pumasok ako sa benilde, sya lang ang naging prof  ko na kilala na agad kami in the 1st meeting at sya lang din ang prof na nag-discuss agad ng 2 chapter ng Organizational Behavior ni Stephen Robbins nun 1st meeting. Hay!!! kakaiba talaga si Ms. , pakiramdam ko nga eh, kilala nya na agad kung anong klaseng studyante ka, hindi un nakakapagtaka dahil PSCYHOLOGY MAJOR sya. favorite ko ang INDIBEH nakaka-inspired si Ms. Esleta magturo, imposibleng wala kang matutunan sa kanya. INDIBEH is more sweeter for the second time around. Hindi ako nag-iisa na first taker na bumagsak sa INDIBEH, marami kami, hindi ko yon ikinakahiya kahit na umiyak ako, dahil aminado ako na may pagkukulang ako, kulang ang time na ibinigay ko at kulang din ang performance ko sa kanya atleast at the end marami akong natutunan na mahahalagang bagay tungkol sa sarili at pati na rin saibang tao. (pero hindi ko kayo ini-encourage na ibagsak din ang INDIBEH). Nang magsecond take ako sa INDIBEH, iba na ang prof ko si Mr. Austero naman, na prof namin sa ORGABEH(Pre-requisite ng INDIBEH)</span>,<span style="color:#000000;">this time nakapasa na ako.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">ORGABEH:</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">Hindi ko inaasahan toh.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">I expecting na ang prof namin sa ORGABEH ay si MR. AUSTERO. Pagpasok ko sa room, my narinig ako sa mga kaibigan ko na ang prof namin ay si Ms. Esleta at ayokong maniwala sabi ko pa nga, (imposible dahil INDIBEH ang subject na tinuturuan nya at marami rin ang nagsasabi na baka daw hindi magtuturo si Ms. Esleta (mag-leleave sya), maniwala ka man o hindi si Ms. Esleta ulit ang prof ko na nakakagulat&#8230; For the last three term ko sa school, naging prof ko ulit sya, sa term pa kung san na marami gagwin dahil kasabay din sya ng M-RESME namin (thesis) hay!!! hindi ko alam kong anong klaseng pag-aaral ang gagawin ko nito, ayoko nang bumagsak dahil yon ang goal ko this year 2011, kaya pagbubutihin ko ang pag-aaral talaga.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">Pero marami ang nagbago kay Ms. Esleta, dati kung magpaquiz sya samin pure essay ngayon uso na sa kanya ang take home quiz na by group pa. wala na rin reporting puro group seatwork ang ginagawa namin, marunong na rin makipagbiruan samin si Ms. Esleta na dati hindi naman nya ginagawa, ang hindi lang nagbago ay ang pagiging magaling nyang guro at ang sobrang dami nya pinagagawa.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">&#8220;Para sa mga lower batch ng HR students, ma-memeet nyo rin si Ms. Esleta, hintayin nyo lang.&#8221; and expect that unexpected things. I hope makatulong sa inyo itong sinulat ko sa oras na meet nyo na si Ms. Esleta at ang subject nyang INDIBEH o kaya naman sa ORGABEH.&#8221;</span></p>

<p><span style="color:#000000;">Now a days, we always seen what happening in our country today even in other countries. There is always a conflict in the politics and coalition (People). There&#8217;s a lot of negative feedback (e.g., corruption)  that we are always heard and saw  in different way like (TV, friends, professor, radio station, social networking) but the question is what could you do to prevent this situation? I hope that my article can help us to be an effective politician (someday).</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">Forget, for a moment , the ethics of politicking and any negative impression you may have of people who engage in organization politics. If you wanted to be more politically adept in your organization, what could you do? The following eight suggestions are likely to improve your political effectiveness.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#c512ec;">1.) Frame arguments i terms of organization goals</span> </strong><span style="color:#000000;">- effective politicking requires camouflaging your self &#8211; interest. No matter that your objectives is self-serving; all the arguments you marshal in support of it must be framed in terms of the benefits that will accrue to the organization. People whose actions appear to blatantly further their own interests at the expense of the organization are almost universally denounced, are likely to lose influence, and often suffer the ultimate penalty of being expelled from the organization.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#c512ec;">2.) Develop the right image</span></strong><span style="color:#000000;"> &#8211; If you know your organization&#8217;s culture, you understand what the organization wants and values from its employees &#8211; in terms of dress, associates to cultivate and those to avoid; whether to appear risk taking or risk &#8211; aversive.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#c512ec;">3.) Gain control of organization resources</span> </strong><span style="color:#000000;">- The control of organization resources that are scarce and important is a source of power. knowledge and expertise are particularly effective resources to control. they make you more valuable to the organization and. therefore. more likely to gain security, advancement, and a receptive audience for your ideas.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#c512ec;">4.) Make yourself appear indispensable</span></strong> <span style="color:#000000;">- Because we&#8217;re dealing with appearances rather than objective facts, you can enhance your power by appearing to be indispensable. That is, you don&#8217;t have to really be indispensable as long as key people in the organization believe that you are. If the organization&#8217;s prime decision makes believe there is no ready substitute for what you are giving the organization. they are likely to go to great lengths to ensure that your desire are satisfied.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#c512ec;">5.) Be visible</span> </strong><span style="color:#000000;">- Because performance evaluation has a substantial subjective component, it&#8217;s important that your boss and those in power in the organization be made aware or your contribution. If you are fortunate enough to have a job that brings accomplishments to the attention of others, it may not be necessary to take direct measures to increase your visibility. But your job require you to handle activities that are low in visibility, or your specific contribution may be indistinguishable because you&#8217;re part of a team endeavor.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#c512ec;">6.) Develop power allies</span></strong> <span style="color:#000000;">- It helps to have powerful people in your camp. Cultivate contacts with potentially influential people above you, at your own level, and in the lower ranks. They can provide you with important information that may not be available through normal channels. Additionally, there will be times when decisions will be made in favor of those with the greatest support. having a powerful allies can provide you with a coalition of support if and when you need it.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#c512ec;">7.) Avoid &#8220;TAINTED&#8221; members</span> </strong><span style="color:#000000;">- in almost every organization,there are fringe members whose status is questionable. Their performance and/or loyalty is suspect. Keep your distance from such individuals. Given the reality that effectiveness has a large subjective component, your own effectiveness might be called into question if you&#8217;re perceived as being too closely associated with tainted members.</span></p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#c512ec;">8.) Support your boss</span></strong> <span style="color:#000000;">- Your immediate  future is is the hands of your current boss. Since he or she evaluates your performance, you will typically want to do whatever is necessary to have your boss on your side. You should make every effort to help your boss succeed, make her look good, support her if she is under siege, and spend the time to find out what criteria she will be using to assess your effectiveness. Don&#8217;t undermine your boss. And don&#8217;t speak negatively of her to others.</span></p>

<p><span style="color:#000000;">People who worry a lot have their eyes focused on the consequences of events that had not yet happened. They feel vulnerable, so they expect the worst. If they would turn to God, they could find in HIS character the answer to their vulnerability. The Bible tells us </span></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="color:#000000;">It seemed to call me, this hill on the horizon. Surrounded by a white light that was shimmering like the sun on a windswept lake. I paused and emptied my hands of books and cares. I emptied my pockets and left it all there. Then quietly I stepped into the night. The stars created a canopy of sparkling gems.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">My mind was racing and my heart beat with force. This majestic mountain seemed to rise as I neared it. Looking up I felt so small, Like a shaft of wheat swaying beneath the surging flames of a mighty fire. With trembling hands, I grasped the solid stones that aided my ascent. I was climbing, but a wind was lifting me, gently nudging me along.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">With each step the sight became more glorious, colors and images bursting before me. And a probing, piercing light from above beckoned me on. I paused, worshiping the One whose passion created such beauty, and whose presence commanded such honor.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">With one last step I reached the crest, I lifted my eyes and beheld holiness Of God. A brilliant white light, like a frozen bolt of lightning, dropped me to my knees. The air rushed from my lungs. I was overwhelmed with fear and peace. The words, &#8220;HOLY, HOLY, HOLY is the LORD ALMIGHTY&#8221; splashed beneath the starlight sky, echoing in my ears.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">And then, my heart poured out its praise as the Lord, our God, reached out His hand. He drew me close and time stood still, as I stood by grace on His holy hill.</span></p>

<p><span style="color:#000000;">While it is difficult to imagine why God allows some painful things to happen, His character, revealed in the Bible and through the testing of generations, leads us to the conclusion that He is willing and able to sustain you during the worst of times.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">We were crushed and completely overwhelmed, and we thought we would never live through it. In fact, we expected to die. But as a result, we learned not to rely on ourselves, but on God who can raise the dead.</span></p>

Think of Job&#8217;s sickness, Josephs betrayal by his brothers, David&#8217;s adultery and the many who were healed in mind, body and spirit. But Joseph told them, don&#8217;t be afraid of me. Am I God, to judge and punish you? As far as I am concerned, God turned into good what you meant for evil. He brought me to the high position I have today so I could save the lives of many people.</span></p>

All praise to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. He is the source of every mercy and the God who comforts us. He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others.</span></p>

<p style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#ff00ff;">Remember when you were a kid and you got in trouble at school? The last thing you wanted was for Mom and Dad to find it out about it. So you hide it as long as you could  even though you were miserable until your parents finally learned the truth&#8230;.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><span id="more-527"></span><span style="color:#000000;">Then you got in trouble big time! NO matter how old we are, we have this tendency to cover up our blunders in personal  life in business or in government.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#000000;">For example, after World War II ended, newspapers reported that us forces occupying Japan destroyed 5 atomic cyclotrons. Scientists and public officials were out raged. They called the destruction of this valuable  and expensive research equipment a &#8220;Crime against Mankind.&#8221; So much good could have come from them.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#000000;">They likened it to destroying  a valuable research library. A n investigation revealed that the cyclotrons were destroyed by mistake. what is not interesting, however, is how the military handled the error. Some high ranking leaders called for a cover up. They wanted to hide it from the press and the public. But General. Leslie B. Groves, the officer in charge, knew better. He issued a public statement that War dept had made the error. The press was shocked at such honesty and soon lost interest in the story. Later Gen. Groves concluded,</span> <span style="color:#ff00ff;">&#8221; Honest errors, openly admitted, are sooner forgiven.&#8221;</span> <span style="color:#000000;">that sound  like Proverbs 28:13 to me&#8221;If we conceal our sin, God will remove His blessing. But if we confess it, the Lord will forgive us and show us His mercy.&#8221;</span></p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><span style="color:#000000;">When we sin, let&#8217;s be quick to confess it to God and experience His forgiveness. No cover ups</span></p>

<p><span style="color:#000000;">There&#8217;s just nothing not to like about Christmas, is there? Decorations everywhere, No classes. Lots of great Christmas music. No classes. Gifts. No classes!</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;"><span id="more-517"></span>Christmas is the world&#8217;s biggest birthday celebration. even people who have not accepted Jesus as their personal savior pay homage to Him by acknowledging the season. No matter how secularized Christmas becomes, it is still Jesus birthday.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">So what are you doing this Christmas (besides not going to classes)? are you doing anything special to let Jesus &#8211; and others &#8211; know that this day is really special?</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">In our house, May is a big birthday month celebration (three celebration) so we figure out how to make each birthday special. Likewise, during Christmas season we all need to think of how can do things for Jesus and not just for  ourselves. Things like helping someone less fortunate by providing food or dedicating part of Christmas vacation to a mission&#8217;s project or spending time with some lonely older folks.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">The first Christmas was God&#8217;s supreme gift to us as he provided the one who would eventually die for us on the cross. <p><span style="color:#000000;">even though they probably arrived some months after He was born, they didn&#8217;t let that first Christmas go by without doing something for the one whose birthday is was.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#ff00ff;">As people was have received salvation from Jesus, We have something back to Him. That&#8217;s why when someone in your dorm asks &#8220;whacha doin&#8217;  this Christmas?&#8221; one thing they should hear is, &#8220;I&#8217;m doing something for Jesus.&#8221;</span></p>

The following summarizes what you can do to be able to build a  trusting relationships with your employees </span>and to become a successful Hr Manager&#8230;</p>

<p><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="color:#ff0000;">Practice openness </span>- mistrust comes as much from what people don&#8217;t know as from what they do know. Openness leads to confidence and trust. So keep people informed, make the criteria on how decisions are made overly clear, explain the rationale for your decision, be candid about the problems, and fully disclose relevant information.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="color:#ff0000;">Be fair</span> &#8211; before making decisions or taking actions, consider how others perceive them in terms of objectivity and fairness. Give credit where it&#8217;s due,be objective and impartial in performance appraisals, and pay attention to equity perceptions in reward distributions.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="color:#ff0000;">Speak you feelings</span> &#8211; Managers who convey only hard facts come across as cold and distant. If you share your feeling, other will see you as real and human. They will know who you are and their respect for you will increase.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="color:#ff0000;">Tell the truth</span>- If integrity is critical to trust, you must be perceived as someone who tells the truth. People are generally more tolerant of learning something they &#8220;don&#8217;t want to hear&#8221; than finding out that their manager lied to them.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="color:#ff0000;">Show consistency</span> &#8211; People want predictability. Mistrust comes from not knowing what to expect. Take the time to think about your values and beliefs. Then let them consistently guide your decisions. When your know your central purpose, your actions will follow accordingly, and you will project a consistency that earns trust.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="color:#ff0000;">Fulfill your promises </span>- Trust requires that people believe that you are dependable. So you need to ensure that  you keep your word and commitments.Promises made must be promises kept.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="color:#ff0000;">Maintain confidence</span> &#8211; You trust people who are discreet and upon whom you can rely. So if people make themselves vulnerable by telling you something confidence, they need to feel assured that you will not discuss it with others or betray that confidence. If people perceive you as someone who leaks personal confidences or someone who can&#8217;t be depended on, you won&#8217;t be perceived as trustworthy.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="color:#ff0000;">Demonstrate competence</span> &#8211; Develop the admiration and respect of others by demonstrating technical and professional ability. Pat particular attention to developing and displaying your communication, negotiation, and other interpersonal skills.</span></p>
